Using ENUM in Production
There are a number of different ways of using ENUM in production and in fact many software and hardware implementations already include the required functionality to use ENUM and just require that that its turned on.
A number of different countries are working on ENUM trees for their own country codes and as such by enabling lookups you will be also potentially be returning results for those regions. The RIPE ENUM Working Group maintains a progress matrix that indicates the state of progress for each country.
UKEC are working to provide the basic documentation so that you can enable your communications infrastructure to use ENUM.
